429.132 Army or navy surplus merchandise; illegal sale.
Sec. 2.
It shall be illegal for any wholesaler or retailer to distribute or sell any article of merchandise as army or navy surplus unless the article of merchandise is in fact army or navy surplus and so marked or stamped as provided in section 1.
