426.159 Inapplicability of act.
Sec. 9.
The provisions of this act shall not apply to the taking and running of logs, authorized by the statutes of this state, nor to unmarked cedar to be used for fence posts, nor to the taking of the possession of the same by virtue of any legal process issued from any of the courts of this state.
