41.283 Proceedings governed by MCL 247.418 to 247.481; records; reports.
Sec. 13.
The construction of the proposed improvement, the assessment for same, the collection of the interest on the assessment, the making of any assessment district, all appeals and hearings thereon, the issuing of bonds, the collection of money, the levying of reassessments to cover deficiencies, and all other necessary proceedings shall be conducted in the same manner as is provided in and governed by the provisions of Act No. 59 of the Public Acts of 1915, as amended, being sections 247.418 to 247.481 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, so far as the same may be applicable to this class of improvements.
Records shall be kept and reports made of bonds issued under this act by the same officers and in the same manner as provided by law for bonds under said act.
