400.81 County board; seal; publication of rules and regulations; records and papers as evidence; body corporate, powers.
Sec. 81.
The board may devise a seal, and the rules and regulations of the board may be published over the seal of the board. Copies of all records and papers in the office of the county department, certified by a duly authorized agent of the board shall be evidence in all cases equally, and with the like effect, as the originals. The board shall be a body corporate, and is hereby authorized to lease any lands under its jurisdiction and to do any other act or thing necessary in carrying out the provisions of this act.
