400.764 Community action agency as distributor; rate of compensation per transaction; applicability of section.
Sec. 14.
(1)In a county in which a community action agency is designated to distribute coupons pursuant to section 8(2), the rate of compensation per transaction that is paid to the community action agency shall not be increased beyond the rate paid as of October 1, 1984, unless the rate of compensation per transaction paid to each distributor in the county is increased by the same amount.
(2)For purposes of this section, "community action agency" means an agency designated pursuant to section 8 of Act No. 230 of the Public Acts of 1981, being section 400.1105 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
(3)This section shall not apply after September 30, 1989.
