Sec. 57r.
Beginning October 1, 2007, family independence program assistance must be paid to an individual for not longer than a cumulative total of 48 months during that individual's lifetime. Beginning on the effective date of the amendatory act that added this sentence, family independence program assistance must be paid to an individual for not longer than a cumulative total of 60 months during the individual's lifetime.
