393.106 School for blind; pupils; nonresidents.
Sec. 6.
The board of control may admit applicants from other states to said school and prescribe the compensation to be paid by them, their parents or guardians: Provided, Such compensation shall be 10 per cent more than is sufficient to cover all their necessary expenses.
