390.1741 Effective dates.
Sec. 11.
(1)Sections 9 and 11 of this act take effect on the date it is enacted into law.
(2)Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 of this act take effect December 31, 2022.
