390.118 State board of agriculture; payment of expenses of employee attendance at meetings and tours of inspection.
Sec. 18.
The board shall have power to expend the funds appropriated for the support of the college in paying the expenses of the president, secretary, professors, or other employes of the college, in attending meetings at which, in their judgment, it is desirable that the college should be represented; in inspecting the buildings, equipment, and work of other institutions; and also in accompanying students on tours of inspection to such objects of interest as are germane to their work in college.
