Sec. 270c.
For fiscal year 2025-2026, from the amount appropriated in section 236 to Northern Michigan University for costs incurred under the North American Indian tuition waiver, $105,700.00 is to be paid to Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College for the costs of waiving tuition for North American Indians under 1976 PA 174, MCL 390.1251 to 390.1253. It is the intent of the legislature that Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College provide the department of lifelong education, advancement, and potential the necessary information for the community college to be included in the report required under section 268.
