388.1628 Weighted foundation allowance allocations or additional payments for differential instructional costs.
Sec. 28.
(1)To recognize differentiated instructional costs for different types of pupils as well as additional costs to provide essential services in 2025-2026, the following sections provide a weighted foundation allocation or an additional payment of some type in the following amounts, as allocated under those sections:
(a)Section 22d, isolated and rural districts, $12,873,100.00.
(b)Section 22l, transportation reimbursement, $125,000,000.00.
(c)Section 29, declining enrollment, $71,000,000.00.
(d)Section 31a, at risk, $1,293,655,000.00.
(e)Section 32d, great start readiness program, $656,217,600.00.
(f)Section 41, bilingual education for English language learners, $62,732,600.00.
(g)Section 51c, special education, mandated percentages, $1,107,900,000.00.
(h)Section 54d, early on, $23,670,700.00.
(i)Section 61a, career and technical education, standard reimbursement, $41,733,800.00.
(j)Section 61d, career and technical education incentives, $13,400,000.00.
(2)The funding described in subsection
(1)is not a separate allocation of any funding but is instead a listing of funding allocated in the sections listed in subsection (1).
