Compiler's Notes: Former MCL 388.1611n, which pertained to 21st century schools fund, was repealed by Act 121 of 2009, Imd. Eff. Oct. 19, 2009.The repealed section pertained to the allocation of federal funds under the governor's emergency education relief
(GEER)fund and elementary and secondary school emergency relief (ESSER) fund for payments to districts.
