388.1011 State board of education; report to legislature; financial requirements of all public education.
Sec. 11.
The state board of education shall report to the legislature at each regular session as to its operations and recommendations including an itemized statement of its receipts and expenditures for its preceding fiscal year, and advise as to the financial requirements of all public education, including higher education.
