380.1279c Use of tests to measure pupils' values or attitudes prohibited.
Sec. 1279c.
The state board, the superintendent of public instruction, the board of each school district, and each public school academy shall ensure that the Michigan educational assessment program
(MEAP)tests and the Michigan merit examination are not used to measure pupils' values or attitudes.
