339.5513 Summary suspension order, cease and desist order, or injunctive relief; addition to other action.
Sec. 513.
A summary suspension order, cease and desist order, or injunctive relief issued or granted in relation to a license or permit issued under this act is in addition to and not in place of an informal conference under section 515(3); criminal prosecution; or proceeding to deny, revoke, suspend, or place a limitation on, a license or permit or any other action authorized under this act.
