339.1113 Inspections; right to enter premises.
Sec. 1113.
After the initial inspection required to open a barbershop or barber college, the department shall regularly inspect each barbershop and each barber college. A board member or representative of the department must be allowed to enter the premises during regular business hours to inspect and determine whether the barbershop or barber college meets the requirements of this article and rules promulgated under this article.
