333.8107 Definitions; Q to T.
Sec. 8107.
(1)"Qualifying patient" means an individual who has been issued a registry identification card as a qualifying patient under the Michigan medical marihuana act.
(2)"THC" means delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and tetrahydrocannabinol acid.
