333.20729 Enforcement of part.
Sec. 20729.
Notwithstanding part 201, the department shall not enforce this part or any rules promulgated for purposes of this part, including, but not limited to, the requirement that a freestanding birth center be licensed under this article, until 2 years after the effective date of the amendatory act that added this part.
