333.20189a Written practice agreement; condition of employment; prohibited.
Sec. 20189a.
A health facility or agency shall not require a dentist to enter into a written practice agreement with a dental therapist as a condition of employment. As used in this section, "written practice agreement" means that term as defined in section 16655.
