333.16915 Additional health care payments or benefits not mandated by part.
Sec. 16915.
The addition of this part to the code does not mandate additional coverage, payments, or benefits by a health care payment or benefits provider including, but not limited to, a health insurer, nonprofit health care corporation, or health maintenance organization.
