324.11133 Hazardous waste transporter business license; revocation.
Sec. 11133.
A hazardous waste transporter business license issued under this part shall be revoked if the holder of the license selected a treatment, storage, or disposal facility which is operated contrary to this part or the rules promulgated under this part or uses a vehicle to store, treat, transport, or dispose of hazardous waste contrary to this part or the rules promulgated under this part.
