324.11112 State hazardous waste management plan; final decision; adoption.
Sec. 11112.
The department shall make a final decision on the updated plan within 120 days after the department first receives the updated plan. If the department fails to formally adopt or reject the updated plan within 120 days, the updated plan is considered adopted.
