32.1134a Drunk and disorderly conduct; punishment.
Sec. 134a.
An individual subject to this code who is drunk and disorderly and, under the circumstances, the conduct is to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the Armed Forces of the United States or of the state military forces, or of a nature to bring discredit upon the Armed Forces of the United States or the state military forces, must be punished as a court-martial directs.
