32.1122 Robbery; punishment.
Sec. 122.
An individual subject to this code who takes anything of value from an individual or in the presence of another, against that individual's will, by means of force or violence or fear of immediate or future injury to the individual or property, or to the individual or property of a relative or member of the individual's family or of anyone in the individual's company at the time of the robbery, is guilty of robbery and must be punished as a court-martial directs.
