32.1106 Impersonation of an officer; punishment.
Sec. 106.
An individual subject to this code who wrongfully and willfully impersonates an officer, a noncommissioned officer, a petty officer, an agent of superior authority of any component of the military, or an official of a government must be punished as a court-martial directs.
