Sec. 38a.
The accused in a proceeding under this code must be permitted to request a military defense counsel of choice who, if reasonably available, must be detailed to represent the accused and who, if not a member of the bar of this state, may represent the accused on a pro hac vice motion to the court approved by the military judge.
