290.617 Sealer of weights and measures, deputy sealers, supervising inspectors, city and county inspectors; appointment.
Sec. 17.
A sealer of weights and measures, and such deputy sealers, supervising inspectors, and city or county inspectors of weights and measures as may be required, may be appointed in and for each city and county by the appointing authority of the city or county.
