290.465 Violation of act; misdemeanor, penalty.
Sec. 15.
Any person who violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00, and in default in payment thereof, by imprisonment for not less than 10 days in the county jail, and for each subsequent violation by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00, or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 6 months, or both.
