290.359 Tests, accounts, publication; expenses; unexpended balance.
Sec. 9.
The secretary of the state board of agriculture shall publish in his annual report a correct statement of all tests made under this act, together with a statement of all moneys received from fees and the amount of the same expended in making such tests. All expenses incurred by said board under the provisions of this act shall be paid from the funds arising from the fees provided in section 5 of this act, and any surplus from the total of such fees remaining on hand at the close of the fiscal year shall be placed to the credit of the experimental funds of the board.
