289.6152 Food allergy awareness; display of poster; rules; private cause of action.
Sec. 6152.
(1)Until December 31, 2020, each food service establishment in this state shall prominently display in the staff area a poster developed and approved by the department relative to food allergy awareness that includes, but is not limited to, information regarding the risk of an allergic reaction, or post the information from the poster in a different, readable notice in the staff area.
(2)The department may promulgate rules to carry out this section.
(3)This section does not establish or change any private cause of action. This section does not change any duty under any other statute or the common law, except as this section expressly provides.
