289.525 Nutmegs; standards.
Sec. 5.
No person, firm or corporation shall manufacture for sale, or expose for sale, sell, exchange or deliver or have in his possession with intent to sell, exchange or deliver, any ground or whole nutmegs which contain not less than 25 per cent of non-volatile ether extract, not more than 10 per cent of crude fiber, not more than 5 per cent of total ash, nor more than 5/10 per cent of ash insoluble in hydrochloric acid.
