286.703 Agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed container; label or tag; information.
Sec. 3.
Each container of agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed which is offered for sale for sowing purposes shall bear, or have attached to the container in a conspicuous place, a plainly printed or imprinted label or tag in the English language giving the information provided in sections 4 to 7. If the seed is distributed in bulk, the information required in these sections shall accompany delivery and shall be supplied to the purchaser at the time of delivery.
