28.809 Confidentiality; disclosure of information; violation; misdemeanor.
Sec. 9.
(1)A member of the commission shall not knowingly divulge information designated confidential by section 5 or information that places a school at risk.
(2)An individual who violates subsection
(1)is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of $500.00.
