28.243a Collection of biometric data; refusal or resistance as misdemeanor.
Sec. 3a.
(1)A person shall not refuse to allow or resist the collection of his or her biometric data if authorized or required under this act.
(2)A person who violates subsection
(1)is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
