257.943 Violation as civil infraction; processing violation.
Sec. 3.
A person who violates an ordinance promulgated pursuant to this act is responsible for a civil infraction. Violation of an ordinance promulgated pursuant to this act shall be processed in the same manner as a civil infraction under Act No. 300 of the Public Acts of 1949, as amended, being sections 257.1 to 257.923 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
