257.803c Personalized registration plates; confiscation for improper use.
Sec. 803c.
Use of personalized automobile registration plates on a vehicle other than the vehicle for which the plates were issued is a misdemeanor. The secretary of state shall confiscate the personalized automobile registration plates of any person who is in violation of this section.
