257.710f Adoption of program to encourage compliance.
Sec. 710f.
The secretary of state shall adopt a program to encourage compliance with the safety belt usage requirement, which shall inform all applicants for an operator license that safety belts are beneficial and that failure to use them properly is unlawful.
