247.673 Effective upon passage of certain act.
Sec. 23.
This act shall not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 41 of the 1951 session of the legislature, relative to increase in the privilege tax for the use of the public highways by owners and drivers of motor vehicles is enacted into law and becomes effective.
