247.46 “Adjacent” and “highway” defined.
Sec. 6.
As used in this act:
(a)"Adjacent" includes any highway, or portion of a highway, lying within 5 rods of the shore of any lake or the general course of any stream.
(b)"Highway" includes, where applicable, local roads or streets.
