Compiler's Notes: The repealed sections set forth matters to be considered in determination of damages or benefits from laying out, alteration, or discontinuance of a highway, described procedure for paying damages and assessing them, authorized commissioners to lay out and open highways, and provided for care, alteration and discontinuance of state roads.
