21.172 Conditional effective date.
Section 2.
This act shall not take effect unless the following House Bills of the 81st Legislature are enacted into law:
(a)House Bill No. 4556 (request no. 00855'81).
(b)House Bill No. 5609 (request no. 04406'81 a*).
