207.1110 Misleading statement imprinted on shipping paper; prohibition; violation.
Sec. 110.
(1)A terminal operator shall not imprint, and a supplier shall not knowingly permit a terminal operator to imprint on the supplier's behalf, a false or misleading statement on a shipping paper.
(2)A terminal operator who negligently imprints a statement that violates subsection
(1)is subject to a civil penalty of $50.00 for each violation.
(3)In addition to any other tax, fines, penalties, or sanctions that may be imposed, a terminal operator or supplier who knowingly violates subsection
(1)is guilty of a felony.
