168.991 Repeals.
Sec. 991.
The following sections and acts and all acts and parts of acts amendatory thereto, and all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with or contravening the provisions of this act, are hereby repealed, namely: Sections 4, 6, 12 and 13 of chapter 15 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being sections 201.4, 201.6, 201.12 and 201.13, respectively, of the Compiled Laws of 1948; sections 11, 46 and 47 of chapter 16 of the Revised Statutes of 1846, being sections 41.11, 41.46 and 41.47, respectively, of the Compiled Laws of 1948;
Act No. 159 of the Public Acts of 1851, being section 201.41 of the Compiled Laws of 1948; Act No. 79 of the Public Acts of 1871, being section 201.81 of the Compiled Laws of 1948; section 28 of Act No. 44 of the Public Acts of 1899, being section 24.28 of the Compiled Laws of 1948; Act No. 325 of the Public Acts of 1913, being sections 201.101 to 201.108, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948; Act No. 156 of the Public Acts of 1915, being sections 3.1 to 3.4, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948; section 40 of Act No. 314 of the Public Acts of 1915, being section 602.40 of the Compiled Laws of 1948;
