168.91 United States Senator; eligibility.
Sec. 91.
A person shall not be a United States Senator unless the person has attained the age of 30 years and has been a citizen of the United States for 9 years, and is, when elected, an inhabitant of that state for which he or she shall be chosen as provided in section 3 of article I of the United States Constitution.
