168.846 Board of state canvassers; tie vote, determination and certification under MCL 168.852.
Sec. 846.
If 2 or more individuals have an equal and the highest number of votes for any office, as canvassed by the board of state canvassers, the tie must be resolved and the winner certified as provided under section 852.
