15.708 Future employment agreement or arrangement; report to department; accessibility.
Sec. 8.
Not later than 10 days after entering into an agreement or arrangement for future employment that would begin not later than 1 year after the public officer leaves office, a public officer who is not reelected or seeking reelection to public office must disclose in writing to the department the date of, the identity of the parties to, and the general terms of the agreement or arrangement. The secretary of state shall make any disclosure under this section easily accessible on the secretary of state's website.
