123.1211 Powers of authority.
Sec. 11.
An authority may do 1 or more of the following:
(a)Provide funding to an art institute services provider to support the provision of art institute services.
(b)Levy a tax as provided in section 17.
(c)Enter into contracts incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of this act.
(d)Contract for or retain professional services.
