123.1171 Authority; powers.
Sec. 11.
An authority may do 1 or more of the following:
(a)Contract for zoological services with an accredited zoological institution.
(b)Levy a tax as provided in section 13.
(c)Enter into contracts incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of this act.
(d)Contract for or retain professional services.
