§6209. Commissioner to keep records

The commissioner shall collect and maintain criminal history record information pertinent to violations of chapters 601 to 627 . The commissioner may collect and maintain other records and information pertinent to other functions of the department, including the enforcement of civil violations. [RR 2021, c. 2, Pt.
