§8–613.3.
The Governor shall include in the annual operating or capital budget an appropriation to the Administration to be used to comply with the Watershed Implementation Plan in the amount of:
(1)$45,000,000 for fiscal year 2015;
(2)$65,000,000 for fiscal year 2016;
(3)$85,000,000 for fiscal year 2017;
(4)$100,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; and
(5)$100,000,000 for fiscal year 2019.
